Return Policy

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of defective or damaged products within 30 days of receipt. Due to the nature of adult products, we cannot accept returns of products you used but were unsatisfied with. Further, if you opened the outer shipping packaging of Slaphappy, it cannot be returned.

If you choose to return your product in its unopened original outer shipping container, you are responsible for the shipping cost to get it back to us, and we will not refund the shipping cost you paid to have it shipped to you. Additionally, there will be a 5% re-stocking fee on the price of the product.

In the case of a return, we will issue you an RMA number which must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Contact us using the “contact us” link on the bottom of this site to request an RMA number. The item being returned must include the original packing slip and all product packaging materials. Packages sent to us without an RMA number are automatically discarded and no credit is issued.
