About Shipping/Billing
Yes. We ship in plain brown boxes and the contents cannot be identified by looking at the box. The return address is only a shipping warehouse. We bill as VIECI, Cheyenne, WY - so your purchase will also be discreet on your credit card statement.
We ship all packages ordered on the same business day, if ordered before 2:30pm EST. How long it takes for your package to arrive depends on the shipping method you’ve selected. It can be anywhere from 1 day to about 1 week, if you are in the US. If you are outside of the US, it can take from 5 to 15 days.
Returns
Our return policy is that we accept items for return only when the outer shipping box is unopened. We cannot resell products where the shipping carton has been opened, as we cannot be sure if the product has been used or tampered with. In case you would like to return a product still in its unopened shipping box, we do charge a 5% restocking fee and shipping and handling (both ways) is not reimbursable. Contact our customer service department via “contact us” to ask for an RMA number. All packages sent back to us without an RMA number are discarded and credit is not issued.
We guarantee Slaphappy to be free of defects for a period of one year from the purchase date. If your Slaphappy fails, simply contact us via the “contact us” link on this website, and explain the problem to one of our customer service agents. We will get you refunded or replace your product, at our discretion.
